What's included: • Tailored design concept for compact spaces • Curated essentials selection: furniture, decor, linens, and kitchen basics • Optimized layout plan for easy flow • Linked shopping list • 2 design revisions Pricing: $695 flat, for studios and 1-bedroom units. How furnishings work: You receive a linked shopping list and order at your own pace. The price covers design and does not include furniture or setup.

Blueprint Essentials
A complete, cohesive design plan for your whole rental that you install yourself. It gives every room a clear direction, adds the amenities guests look for, and creates a home that photographs beautifully from the first listing image to the last. What's included: • Interior design concept for every room • Room-by-room layout planning • Curated furniture and decor selections • Amenities planning, such as a game room, outdoor lounge, or workspace • Wall treatments: accent walls, paneling, and feature paint • Linked shopping list and DIY styling guide • 3 design revisions Pricing: From $1,500 for up to 2 bedrooms, plus $350 per additional bedroom. How furnishings work: You receive a linked shopping list and order at your own pace. The price covers design and does not include furniture or setup.

The Signature Setup
Our full-service package for hosts who want a standout, high-earning property without managing a single order. We design the interior and exterior, handle the purchasing, and set up the furniture on site, so the finished home matches the plan. What's included: • Interior and exterior design concepts • Amenities planning, such as a game room, outdoor lounge, or workspace • Wall treatments: accent walls, paneling, and feature paint • Managed procurement: we place and track every order • On-site furniture setup • Styling guide • 4 design revisions Pricing: From $4,500 for up to 2 bedrooms, plus $750 per additional bedroom. How furnishings work: We place and track every order for you. Furnishings are billed directly by each retailer to your card, so product costs never pass through OVARA. Procurement management is 10% of your furnishing budget, in addition to the package price. Travel: On-site setup is available across the U.S. and in Mexico. A travel fee applies outside our local Texas service area and is quoted upfront before you book.

Our most elevated design experience, created for luxury rentals that need a signature identity guests remember and talk about. It includes everything in The Signature Setup, plus custom features and premium finishes designed only for your property. What's included: • Everything in The Signature Setup • Custom murals or branded feature walls • Bespoke amenities, such as a wellness corner, coffee bar, or themed space • Elevated finishes and premium material selections • Full brand styling: color palette, mood, and guest experience touches • Managed procurement: we place and track every order • 5 design revisions Pricing: From $7,500 for up to 2 bedrooms, plus $1,000 per additional bedroom. How furnishings work: We place and track every order for you. Furnishings are billed directly by each retailer to your card, so product costs never pass through OVARA. Procurement management is 10% of your furnishing budget, in addition to the package price. Travel: On-site setup is available across the U.S. and in Mexico. A travel fee applies outside our local Texas service area and is quoted upfront before you book.
