4-Bedroom Short-Term Rental, Houston, TX
This four-bedroom Houston rental was clean and well built, but it looked like every other listing in its market: white walls, neutral furniture, nothing to stop a guest mid-scroll. We gave it a point of view. A floor-to-ceiling black-and-white film mural and neon sign now greet guests at the door, patterned stair risers lead up to a cobalt blue game room with a pool table that converts for dining, and each bedroom has its own bold feature wall. Today the property grosses $120K a year in bookings.

No. Package prices cover design. Furnishings are a separate budget we plan with you on your introduction call.
Who pays for the furniture?
You do, directly to each retailer. On managed packages we place the orders and the charges go to your card.
What is procurement management?
The ordering, tracking, and coordination of every item in your design. It is 10% of your furnishing budget on full-service packages.
Do you work outside Texas?
Yes. Virtual design is available anywhere, and on-site setup is available across the U.S. and in Mexico with a travel fee quoted upfront.
Can I buy some items myself?
Yes. Tell us which items you would like to source and we will adjust the order list so the design stays cohesive.
How much should I budget for furnishings?
It depends on the size of the property and the level of finish. We will give you a realistic range on your introduction call.
