Service Description
Our most elevated, boutique‑level design experience, crafted for luxury rentals that demand a signature, unforgettable guest experience within Texas. What’s Included: Everything in The Signature Setup Custom murals or branded feature walls Bespoke amenities (wellness corner, coffee bar, themed spaces, etc.) Elevated finishes & premium material selections 5 design revisions Full brand styling (color palette, vibe, guest experience touches) Managed procurement: we place and track every order Pricing: From $7,500 for up to 2 bedrooms, plus $1,000 per additional bedroom. How furnishings work: We place and track every order for you. Furnishings are billed directly by each retailer to your card, so product costs never pass through OVARA. Procurement management is 10% of your furnishing budget, in addition to the package price. Price does not include furniture.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation calls are complimentary, but an appointment is still required. To respect everyone’s time, we ask that clients book a slot that they can confidently attend. If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or same‑day cancellations may limit your ability to book future complimentary calls. If OVARA Designs must adjust your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer the next available time. By scheduling a consultation, you agree to these terms.
